This site is a tribute to Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust Emergency Care Practitioner (ECP) Malcolm Bonney who sadly passed away in hospital from COVID-19, aged 65.
 
Malcolm had been with YAS for over a decade, firstly with the Sheffield ECP team and more latterly with the ECPs on the Vale of York. Prior to joining YAS, Malcolm worked as a nurse practitioner and charge nurse and had completed 43 years of continuous NHS service.
 
Malcolm loved his job and enjoyed telling colleagues anecdotes from his life and career. He was a much admired and respected member of the team who will be sadly missed.  
 
Our deepest sympathies are with his wife, family, friends and colleagues at this extremely difficult time.
